By accepting a commission, receiving a quote for a commission or purchase of a product you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

These terms and conditions are non-negotiable and you as a client are expected to read and understand these terms and conditions.

 

You as a client are allowed to inquire about these terms and conditions if necessary.

 

Please note these terms and conditions can be subject to change.

PAYMENT

- I will only be taking payments in USD - United States dollars or AUD - Australian Dollars.

 

- All payments will be done Via PayPal this is non-negotiable.

 

- Full payment must be completed before products can be shipped to the buyer.

 

- If accepted for a commission an upfront down payment of 25% of the total price of the commission is required for work to begin, the remaining payment can be negotiated for a payment plan extending no more than 6 months (this period may change due to the financial year period - you will be notified if this is applicable).

 

- The 25% down payment is required before a commission can be started this is to aid in sourcing and purchasing of materials for the commission.

 

AGE
- You must be 18 years of age to commission a product from me, (A Government issued photo ID may be requested for inspection before purchase). This is due to the age requirements of PayPal.

 

- If under the age of 18 a parent or guardian is required to purchase on your behalf.

 

QUOTES AND PRICING

- All prices listed are base starting prices and are subject to change based on a variety of factors. This includes but not limited to - complexity of designs, types of martials used, specific fur choices, ect.

 

- Quotes for commissions are a estimates price guide for a product and may be subject to change if necessary (you will be notified of any changes that occur if required)

- Quotes in AUD - Australian Dollar will only be valid for 60 days this is due to changing circumstances with required materials and supplies needed for a product. 

​

- Quotes will be calculated in AUD unless requested in USD. 

​

- Quotes in USD - United States Dollar are subject to change daily. This is due to the fluctuating exchange rates (Drastic price drops or hikes can occur and you will be notified of any changes if required).

SHIPPING

-Shipping prices will be covered by the buyer and are a sperate price to quotes. Depending on buyers location and address shipping cost will vary.

 

- Extra fees in regards to shipping eg. Import tax will be covered by the buyer.

- Packages sent will not be insured/covered unless requested by the buyer. Doing so will incur a higher shipping price. Any extras fees will need to be covered and payed by the buyer before shipping. 

​

- Products will be shipped from Australia, Sydney. Please note that I may not be able to ship to certain countries/regions this is out of my control and depends on the shipping companies.

CHARACTER DESIGNS/CHANGES

- Designs that are deemed to be offensive or rude will not be accepted or tolerated (you will be blacklisted and barred from doing business in the future).

 

- Designs that seemed to be copied or highly similar to other pre-existing designs will not be accepted without plausible reason. Questions may be asked, and original design owners may be contacted.

 

- Copyrighted characters will not be accepted. This includes but is not limited to – Pokémon, Disney, Pixar, etc.

 

- If you request a modification/design change every effort will be made to accommodate your request. (This in not a 100% guarantee depending on the stage of completion). 

 

- Please note product completion date and delivery date may be subject to change. Dependent on the type of request made a fee may incur. This will be discussed, and you will be made aware of the price change before commencement of the modification/design change.  

 

PRODUCT QUALITY/ VARIATION

- All handmade products are unique and design features and aspects are subject to change. Cosmetic features vary for each product.

 

- All hand products by nature are subject to imperfection/errors.  While I will do my best to mitigate such errors, please be aware handmade items will have imperfections.

 

- Progress photos will be taken and sent as well as detailed completion photos before being sent to the client. During this time, you as a client have the right to any questions or request changes if needed. Please note product completion date and delivery date may be subject to change. Dependent on the type of request made a fee may incur.  

 

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

- All products come with a 90-day warranty-free period from the shipped date - this includes shipping covered by me. This covers any faults/unsatisfied imperfections.

 

- Damaged caused by shipping will not be my responsibility and will have to be taken up with the shipping company.

 

- Any repairs done outside the 90-day warranty period are not covered, the price will be calculated and determined by the work that is needed. (Shipping will also not be included)

 

- Any 3rd party repairs or modifications will void the warranty and may void any repair requests outside the warranty period.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

- You as a customer have the right to a refund.

- I have the right to stop a commission if the individual is deemed to be inappropriate or rude in any way. The individual will be given a refund, and the 25% down payment to aid in sourcing and buying materials will not be refunded. (you will be blacklisted if deemed necessary)

 

- If the commission has been completed a refund will not be accepted.    

        

- If the commission is near completion and character design changes cannot be made a refund will not be accepted.

 

- In the instant that the commission has started, and the character’s design can be altered in a way that differs from the original design it will be altered and sold as a pre-made. You will be given a refund. The 25% down payment to aid in sourcing and buying materials will not be refunded.

 

- If the commission has not been started but the material is already purchased the 25% down payment used for material cost cannot be refunded no matter the circumstances. 

 

- In the instance that the 25% down payment been made but no work has been started and materials have not been brought. You are then legible for a 15% refund. The remaining 10% will be withheld due to transaction fees.

 

- In the instance that the 100% payment has been made but no work has been started and materials have not been brought. You are then legible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% will be withheld due to transaction fees.

- If the client refuses to pay any remaining money that is owed after or during the completion of a product. The product design will be changed if applicable and will be auctioned/sold. The 25% down payment will not be refunded.

REFUNDS IN REGARDS TO PRE-MADE ITEMS E.G PRE-MADE FURSUIT

- If the product has not been shipped you are entitled to a 90% refund. The remaining 10% will be withheld due to transaction fees.  (Please note you may be blacklisted and barred from doing business in the future depending on the circumstances).

 

- If the product has been posted it must be shipped back at the expense of the buyer still in the same condition as when received by the buyer, only once when the product has been returned will a refund be given. You will be legible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% will be withheld due to transaction fees. (Please note you may be blacklisted and barred from doing business in the future depending on the circumstances).
